Shipping & Returns

We hope you love what you ordered!

In case you don't—you have up to 30 days to return items purchased from Camma Medica.

Please email gemma@cammamedica.com with your order number, the items you want returned and reason for return.

We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.

Please note: we are unable to provide postage on returns.

SHIPPING

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on our products! That’s why we process all orders received before 11 am PST the same day. Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.

Like most companies, we take the day off on national holidays, but we’ll get your shipment out the next business day.

We offer free USPS shipping in the US for orders over $75.

Please note: There is a 15-minute grace period after checkout if you wish to cancel your order. However, we cannot process any cancellations once this time frame has passed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Camma Medica offers multiple shipping options for all international orders available to select at checkout, though please note that you’re responsible for international duties & taxes imposed on imports in your country.
